I've had this chair for about 8 months now. I walk between this and the bar table several times a day. I would say I sit in it about 3-6 hours a day. It's definitely great for any hip issues and keeps me in pretty good posture. None of the hip problems I've had before (from sitting in a regular office chair). Unfortunately, my knees and shins hurt a lot. In fact, it's quite painful to use at the moment. If the padding were softer, maybe that wouldn't be a problem. Now I sit on it like a normal chair because I can't kneel on it anymore. I will look for a more ergonomic stool to replace it.
