Review on πŸ”₯ Fons & Porter 7792 Multi-Purpose Pressing Sheet by Amy Mcleod

Best product for applique and other fusible materials

Leave these sheets intact; heat penetrates through the sheet metal; They come in a cool zipped container to store your sheet in. and they are very stable even if you use a hot iron. I have two now. When quilting or retreating, it is imperative that you do not cry over someone else's iron or ironing board. Depending on how you trim the fabric and fusible material, there may be nothing left over, but using these sheets only guarantees. You iron the fusible material onto the wrong side of the fabric using one sheet on top and one below. You can also just fold the sheet if you have one and move it around as needed to fit everything. If there is too much melt, the excess meltable material will stick to the foil. You can hold the sheet up to a light and see if there's a fuse left. The sheet will cool in about a minute, and then you can take a dry washcloth and wipe away the excess meltable substance. You must do this before re-fusing, otherwise the fusible material on the sheet will end up on the next purpose you are using it for. Excess meltables are usually removed with a washcloth, but if they aren't, you can scrape them off with your thumbnail or an old credit card and they're safely gone. This process will not damage the washcloth either; Just throw it in the wash and you're good to go.
