I'm a big fan of arc lighters, and an environmentally friendly alternative to petrol. . This technology is quite innovative as these lighters operate solely on electricity, a small arc that ignites the fire. This lighter has been charged and is ready to use. If you need to charge it, it takes less than an hour. The USB charging port is located on the underside of the cigarette lighter. If desired, it can be charged directly from a PC by connecting to an AC wall charger or battery pack. This arc lighter doesn't have a flexible neck, but I was still able to light a candle. I've always used lighters, but the arc lighter is much easier to use. There is no longer a chance of burning your fingers when lighting a candle. This lighter has LED indicators, but it's not easy to see how much charge it has. When the arc gets weak, it's time to recharge. The ignition or power switch must be pushed forward to ignite. If the lighter burns for more than eight consecutive seconds, the arc will stop, which is an automatic shut-off function. There isn't really a separate lock button, so if you have kids, don't use that button. I decided to light a Yankee candle to see how well the arc would work. No problem with this arc lighter, designed for quick and easy arc ignition. I love all kinds of arc lighters but I think the child lock or safety features could be improved.
