Very disappointed overall. I can't return the product because I got too deep into the project. The unit appears to be refurbished or refurbished. Also there are absolutely no instructions, there is paper in the box to call 'support', they didn't answer on the day I needed 'support'. YouTube videos are a great source of installation information. The name "removal kit" really misleads me as no remover kit is provided while other sellers offer a chip to modify the remover kit so you don't get error codes. As a result, it turned out that I was simply not satisfied with the product and the lack of technical support.
