My husband and I love to make sun tea, but the large glass jug we used had a few drawbacks. He had no shirt; It was heavy and the spout was too thick, causing frequent spills. I reviewed a few jars and decided on this one based on the good reviews. When it arrived it seemed on the small side, being a few inches shorter than the jug we had, but it turned out to hold about the same amount and fit in our fridge easily. The top is better than I expected as it has a screen. which catches tea leaves and lemon slices. The glass is very thin, so the jug is much lighter than our old one. It also has a drip-free spout. As a bonus, it's beautiful!
