Not amber glass, but amber colored glass
I like these bottles a lot, but they are NOT Amber glass. They are glazed with an amber color, but the glass is clear. I found this out when I was soaking them in a sanitizing solution and the amber started to shrink and peel! I use them for kombucha. You need a really small bottle brush to clean them. Nice bottles, I just wish they would have stayed amber colored!
- The reusable nature of these bottles also means that they are a more sustainable choice compared to disposable plastic bottles
- The glass is prone to cracking from impact
