The first one that was delivered to me broke the screw in the front axle cross member. So, 5 minutes for the installation and I had to take everything apart and then put it back together. Everything went smoothly with the new one. Until the end when I realized at the end of the installation that I was missing 1 black screw. Now I have to try to contact the company themselves to send me a replacement screw, or save myself the hassle and go to the local hardware store to get a replacement screw. The assembly instructions aren't very good either. As for download, the manual lacks a hardware parts list, so you have no idea what screw sizes are and which to use when (except for part of the instructions), or if the hardware is inch or metric. many issues with this product, from manufacturing to missing or cheap parts (like a screw that broke on my first try) to maybe just a logistical nightmare or regular returns for this item. I really hope that the company will resolve this issue as soon as possible. If it weren't for all these issues, I'd give it at least a decent 4 stars.
