Good tool, bad cap.
The tool itself works very well. I have a carbon frame bike and need to make sure the bolts are not over tightened. I trust Park Tool for bike maintenance. However, the three stars are due to the poor workmanship of the grip cap/bit holder. This is the cheapest and worst quality build I've seen from these guys. He just doesn't stay. Luckily this tool lives in my garage so I can just leave this part alone. For $65 I expect the tool not to fall apart in places. Park Tool should remember this thing and fix the hat. I recommend buying this tool if you need it for low torque applications, but only if you don't mind keeping the grip cap/bit holder separately.
