The tool itself works very well. I have a carbon frame bike and need to make sure the bolts are not over tightened. I trust Park Tool for bike maintenance. However, the three stars are due to the poor workmanship of the grip cap/bit holder. This is the cheapest and worst quality build I've seen from these guys. He just doesn't stay. I like the cam release action of this tool compared to the smooth click release of some ratchet wrenches. As soon as it reaches the set torque value, it switches off.
