Item was used but looked like a brand new part that someone returned

Perfect for a 1990 Wrangler 4 cylinder manual transmission. I had to use a large torque bar to fully tighten the nut. Item was used but looked like a new item that someone sent back. I trust the used parts that Amazon sells.
