Not a bad buy, well worth the money.
As an average pre-workout it will go, for beginners too (although I would not advise drinking pre-workouts at all, especially for beginners) - except for checking the results, once every several months, so as not to destroy the central nervous system. The taste is pleasant (punch), chymosis is felt, but not very strong. He performs his role well. Crumpled at the bottom into a couple of spools - not very pleasant
