comfortable but defective
I was really excited to use this at my new job I just started, but I plug it into my phone and hit the headset button and go to dial a phone number and the call goes through but I can hear NOTHING coming through the headset! I've tried all the plug adapters sent with it but to no avail. I've clicked the on and off switch back and forth and that seems to do nothing at all. The volume on both the headset and the landline are all the way up. I looked forward to receiving this in the mail and now I'm disappointed.
