It was damaged and did not match the picture. When the company contacted my concerns (I really like the quality of the items but the broken one was unusable, I wanted to return/replace but needed guarantees that the replacement would be of the best quality for delivery, they just said that I would hurry buy a replacement because we are selling) I really wanted a wreath like this but didn't want the hassle/risk of returning it and possibly getting the same quality a second time. So I bought a new wine wreath and took all the non-broken parts out of it to make a new one that worked fine. Very disappointed that I wasted so much money. Not good customer service.
