The ground terminal on my Lincoln welder broke. The wires were only 4 ga (instead of the heavier 2 ga) and the old copper connector was too small for the new heavier grounding lug. Only a 2ga terminal was needed, and it fitted perfectly onto the old smaller gauge wire. My little shop now has a lot of ultra high quality pure copper terminals in case I need another one. Not having to buy a new welding machine saved me hundreds of dollars!
