I'm a size 45, ordered XXXL and I'm glad I did. They're a little uncomfortable to put on, but it's not that scary. I handle them with great care because I don't want to break the zipper or rip them when I put them on. The material is slightly wrinkled in front of the ankles. I have traveled with them five times.
