This is a product review, not the seller or Revain. The laptop arrived with problems from day one. it turned off by itself for no reason. I've spent weeks updating drivers, bios and windows, thinking it would be something simple. but after a while I realized that it wasn't the software but the hardware, by that point it was already too late to return it to Revain. I opened a ticket with MSI who issued the first RMA, the laptop was sent back to the factory for motherboard replacement which took about 3 weeks including round trip shipping. When it came back on day one it started giving a BSOD like nobody bothered to test it properly at the factory. After some troubleshooting and memory testing, it was bad memory. At this point call the factory again, very upset the thing is a lemon that needs a complete replacement but they are urging me to send it back in for a memory replacement and if that doesn't work they will exchange it. Well it's been 2 weeks already, I don't have a laptop, no one in support responds to the status, and the online status is in the process of being fixed. It was the worst experience ever. I will never buy anything from the MSI brand again. To supplement my review, MSI called back and said the memory in the laptop was not theirs and I had to contact the retailer because in this case Computer Upgrade King's retailer installed faulty memory. So here we are, Revane wants a 20% restocking fee and I feel like everyone screwed it up.
