Review on Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-45mm F4.0 PRO Lens Black: Perfect for Micro Four Thirds Cameras by Keith Alvord

I've only had this lens for a week. It immediately became my favorite to use with the Olympus OMD. It has the most useful focal range of 12-45mm, with objective and subjective sharpness and resolution not inferior to simple lenses in the same range. That's great! Its 58mm diameter filter is perfect for using whatever existing adapters and filters I have. The professional optical quality of this lens cannot be underestimated. Living in a rainy or snowy environment four months out of the year, I really appreciate the durability of these lenses and camera bodies. As a travel kit I can see this lens and the fantastic 45-150mm plastic zoom that people almost needed. Of course, you might want to buy a longer telephoto lens for travel. Highly recommended, I guarantee you will not be disappointed with this lens.
