We liked the vibration function, the remote control and the small size. However, we were surprised at how noisy the heater was and blew cold air (for 30 seconds) as it warmed to the desired temperature. We were sitting about 10 feet from the heater when we turned on the fan (by remote control) which then blew cool air strong enough to match a light breeze or a portable mini fan blowing next to your face ( usually a good idea). , but not with this heater. This heater is the perfect size, but not in terms of noise reduction or heating up quickly. We'd compare the noise level more closely to that of a vacuum cleaner or microwave fan, which is annoying and not at all quiet. We turned on the heater and the TV. We had to adjust the TV's sound by increasing the volume by 7 times (ie from 13 to 20) to compensate for the noise from the heater. The heater warmed up to the desired temperature but wasn't worth the wait or the persistent loud noise.
