I give this 4 stars even though I had some problems installing it. You seem strong. My problem is that I have a Heavy Duty Rhino Rack that is 1 7/8" tall and 1 5/8" wide. weren't long enough. After looking at dozens of these J-Bars, they all seem pretty much the same, so I'd probably run into this issue with any other brand as well. So I took longer screws (75mm) for the bottom bracket. I also didn't like the idea of the handles, I'm pretty sure they will come loose so I also got nylon lock nuts to keep my J-Rods in place permanently, but they are very secure and if I need to remove the rack . I can easily remove the entire crossbar. The last issue I had was the bottom brackets and their shape. They didn't seem to fit securely due to the width of my crossbar so I reshaped them with a 3 pound hammer. See attached photos. Much better fit. These slides are more suited to an oval or round bar. Get the best belts too.
