I was a bit lyrical at first. Once I had to replace my roller brush, the guy from Rainbow came out, brought the part and "serviced" my vacuum cleaner. I paid way more and it was a joke. He didn't service my vacuum cleaner. He cleaned like me. I have long hair and lots of pets (which my husband is also allergic to). I have to use my rainbow a lot and get a huge amount of hair. Sometimes this hair gets stuck in the roller and takes its toll over time. So imagine my surprise when I received this in the mail. I like it MORE than the original and I think it fits better and I like the bristles more! My vacuum cleaner works like new! And at a better price. I'll probably be ordering another one soon to have on hand as I can't live without my vacuum cleaner working!
