Terrible product! Impractical execution. Cheap design

Tray stuck to the bottom of two boxes I bought. The tab on the tray to use to pull out the tray is too small. I can't grab the tray to pull it out even if it's not pinched. I always end up splashing feces and pee all over the place when trying to clean up a box with a stuck litter box or when trying to unlock a litter box. The tray itself is too small to wash the box with the tray inside. Water flows out the back of the unit, scattering feces and urine everywhere.
