The clock was exactly what I hoped it would be. It is easy to read and the atomic function ensures that it always shows the correct time. As someone mentioned in one of the reviews, the overhead light could be glaring, but I don't know how to work around that. My wall thermometer is also blinded by my garage lights over the workbench. The second shot was taken with the bench lights off so there was no glare. Installation was easy. I made a change because my garage isn't heated and I live in Iowa. I was concerned that an AA battery would be able to withstand low temperatures, so I connected the clock to a 1.5VDC power source instead of the battery that came with it. It's been working for a month, but the temperature in the garage hasn't dropped to 40 degrees yet. Let's see how it survives the winter. I read another review that complained that the minute hand was not directly aligned with the minute marker when the second hand was at the 12 o'clock position. I noticed this too, but I did a reset and everything was fixed. So far I'm very happy with the watch.
