Interesting to build and works well!
It was fun building the maze. It's been about 2.5 hours straight. Plenty of spares in case they break or get lost. Edited: Managed to change it to fix a design flaw. Now it works good enough! Old comment: Critical design flaw: The ejector at the top of the cogwheel, which sends the balls to the top of the maze, doesn't work. Instead of sliding the balls out of the gear onto the maze track, the balls stay in the gear and fall off the top of the structure. None of the balls even get into the maze. The species defeats the objective of "endless ball maze" if no one enters the maze.
