I bought this product to hang my 32 inch Vizio TV on the wall. It looked very easy and I was helped by a friend who bought a similar mount for his TV. Marked and drilled holes in my wall trying to attach the piece that goes with my TV when the universal screws WOULD NOT FIT I even had trouble going to the local hardware store to try and find replacement screws and washers, but I couldn't find anything suitable. The quality and durability of this mount was probably good, I couldn't find anything wrong with the details and it stuck perfectly to my wall. Just note that this isn't 'universal' as advertised.
