I'm so disappointed

I'm so sad, I just received my glasses that were supposed to be for my wedding day. However the items are not packaged for shipping, nor is the package labled fragile so my glass came broken. They are beautiful and worth the price but the seller must work on better packaging. This made me so sad because it's too late for us to find another option.
