Even though I was impressed by Bienvenu Online Store's assortment of apparel, footwear, and accessories, I was ultimately let down by my purchase. Their products have dubious quality and a general absence of care for detail. Everything from the clothes to the shoes to the jewelery appears to be of low quality and low price. The site is simple to navigate, but the pictures of the products are deceiving. Photos do not do the products justice; they are much more attractive in reality. The sizes also appear to run small, making it more challenging to find a comfortable fit. In addition, support for customers is inadequate. Slow and unhelpful answers are given to any questions or worries. It's obvious that customer service isn't a focus at this firm. As a whole, Bienvenu Online Store is not a place you should buy. It's a chic letdown due to the poor quality of their goods, misleading photos, and unhelpful staff.
