Bought XXL - still tight
These are good shirts, but I'm a grown male, 6ft, 228lbs, a good torso size, and they fit pretty tight. The neck area is tight and the entire shirt feels tight. I could try reducing upper body stress and doing more cardio. Maybe I can bend down a bit to put the shirts on.
