Cable and signal sensor appear to be of good quality. I've used it on two cars so far, both of which work much better now as I can easily adjust them to full extension with this unit without needing a degree wheel. I've had a static time display for years and to be honest I just didn't know what I was missing. I wish I had invested many years ago. Oh yes, and it was available through Prime with free same-day shipping. I ordered it in the morning, spent time mowing the grass and took my kids to the pool, came home later in the day to find it on my porch. That's a wonderful thing. :-)
