Plumber's Tape is pretty much what you'd expect from a plumber's tape as long as it works! I recently used it to fix a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink where the spline nut wasn't closing properly and I couldn't find a suitable gasket for the pipe. So far, no leak has occurred after using tape! The ribbon came in a resealable plastic bag for storage when not in use to keep track of multiple rolls and keep them safe, clean and dry. . The reels have a plastic cover that helps protect the individual reel from dirt but probably doesn't help protect it from water. If one day I need more, I would buy this cartridge again. 10/10 recommendation for all your plumbing tape needs!
