I like that it is easy to use for both patients as well providers! It has been very helpful when we have had issues getting labs back from other systems or no results at all! Sometimes there are some formatting errors but they do correct them quickly once notified about the error. This software really helps us get our jobs done efficiently by providing many different types of medical data into one place so everyone can access what they need without having to go through multiple steps/applications just to find something specific.
