I was hoping to just stick this to the fridge using the magnetic properties. Unfortunately the adhesive is already on the magnetic bar preventing it from sticking to the fridge. I used the adhesive to put it up and it works great in my parents tiny kitchen. The knives are stored away safely, remain easily accessible, and look great. The only drawback is that I'm not looking forward to trying to remove this from the fridge when my parents move out.
