My grinder works except it grinds the wrong amount of coffee. Choosing 10 cups will grind more coffee than the 12 cup filter can physically hold. If you grind 6 cups, this is enough for about 20 cups of coffee. Part of the appeal of this grinder is that I don't need a separate measuring cup to measure my coffee. I have contacted support using a form on their website (you cannot call them) and they would like a registration number, my home mailing address and a phone number. You do not understand. They haven't said why they need a physical mailing address. It just seems like a delay and an excuse.
