Enjoy this strainer. Very easy to care for, especially if it is cleaned immediately after use. Lighter than my metal colanders where food gets caught so easily. The noodles are washed immediately and I always rinse them fresh because the onion gets too hot especially in winter when it sprout and that takes some of the heat off of it and it also rinses very easily. I also love the space saving and the fact that it's silicone! I bought a second one to put in my camping/travel kitchen backpack because it's easy to use and folds up so nicely!
