I was really excited to open this up and get everything I did!I sort of opened it and assigned a price value for what I would have paid for each item and I feel like it’s a solid value.I got:2 x buildings (not as common to get more than 1 according to the other reviews)8 x wall pieces (differing styles)26 pieces of scatter terrain (gravestones, mushrooms ❤️, a small modifiable river, a statue)I was really happy with low expectations.

After reading the other reviews I actually began to regret my purchase, but I do not! I would say go for it if you do not have a plan for the terrain use, are looking to start a collection of terrain to give you inspiration, or if you have virtually no other way to produce quality terrain other than trash.
