Fixed my ceiling fan running at one speed.

My ceiling fan had two capacitors, a single value of 4.5uF and a double value of 4.5uF and 6.0uF. It was only one speed and so I thought I'd replace it to see if that would fix the problem as suggested all over the internet. Used to delimit a value. Bought another one for double the value cap. Replaced both and everything works! :)
