Difficult to clean according to the manufacturer. But I did find tips and tricks on the Keto ChaffleHouse Facebook page, run by John Brumbo. Lots of recipes on this site. Rage is a mini dash, but this waffle maker is smaller. See coin image for comparison. I use it every day and will definitely buy more. It has a "smell" that goes away after the 1st use. Good product!
