Just received these and temporarily installed one to make sure they fit and V11 recognizes them and turns them on. I will do an extensive test to see how fast they load and how well they work. But for now, it's worth noting that these filters felt lighter than the factory Dyson filters and had less creases in the HEPA filter section. They were also slightly more difficult to install and remove. Weighing filters were shown to be 15% lighter than factory filters. (96 grams versus 114 grams). If you look at the pleats in the HEPA filter media, there were 17 pleats in the factory Dyson filter slots and only 14 in the aftermarket filters, about 15% fewer pleats. The screen pre-filter appeared to be thinner but was not measured. So it will be interesting to see how they perform as they obviously use less filter material than factory filters. Maybe they use more efficient HEPA filter media than DYSON, or it could just be cost savings on these less expensive filters. Can't tell until I run a performance test. I plan to run them until the filter warning comes up and then repeat with the DYSON filter. The time it takes for a filter warning to appear and the weight of dirty filters during that time should give an idea of their relative merits. The update follows after a few months of use.
