I took the 40mm band as my wrists are small. They fit me perfectly and fit very well. Changing lanes is very easy. And they even included an extra metal kit in case you lose one of the watch bands themselves. It should be noted that the rubber bands stretch a little during training or when mowing the lawn (like mine). Once you tighten the band, everything is fine.
