I like that it has all of my documents in one place, so there are no more files scattered around different folders or drives! It's easy to use for both myself as well other people who need access too at any time - even if they're not familiar with computers yet because you can easily teach them how things work by just clicking through everything step-by-step until its done correctly (or maybe sometimes incorrectly haha).
The only thing about this program which i dislike would be some features being difficult/harder than others but overall we've been able to get what needs doing completed without much hassle from our end users. We have used doclib since 2013 when switching over completely into cloud storage via Google Drive; however now also using Microsoft OneDrive instead due to cost reasons etc., although still keeping most docs stored locally within office 365 rather then online where possible unless required otherwise.
