Love the quality of the entire bike rack. The design is superb and I can easily pack my 4 x 50lb fat tire bike into a rack - even with my physical limitations. Strong mating surfaces that fit perfectly and are easy to assemble. Folds up easily for storage. Cons - Design Cons: 1. The vertical latch hooks can be bypassed by deflating the FAT tires, so I recommend a strong cable lock through the vehicle frame fully opens before installation. Mine broke and took half an hour to finally risk the pliers on the key (LAST THING YOU WANT TO DO) to get enough force to pull it off. HYPERAX immediately sent me a new one. 3. WHILE the pin lock secures the tongue to the vehicle receptacle, the bike mount assembly can be stolen while not riding by removing a screw securing the assembly to the tongue. LOCK FOR THESE SCREWS Other than that, this is a great device. ADDED LATER: Hyperax sent me a longer pin and a new lock. Perfect
