Generally a very good stand. Easy to set up. Very strong when closed. The cam can be adjusted up and down over a wide range, and the upper part can also be tilted. Easily holds a laptop or in my case a second flat screen for my laptop. I was concerned that the flat screen would slide off the stand, but it stays up with no problem. Routing the cables from the back of the monitor through the stand wasn't ideal as the holes at the top of the stand didn't line up with the cables on my monitor, but that's not really the stand's fault. My only real complaint with this stand is that the top plate rotates 5-10 degrees up and down - like turning a steering wheel. This hasn't been an issue yet, but it doesn't look like it will be a feature. Otherwise a great stand and good value for money.
