Review on Blue Charm Beacons BC011-MultiBeacon: Long Range BLE 5.0 Bluetooth Beacons with Battery Level Broadcast by Marcus Britton

I purchased this beacon after checking with the BlueCharm Beacon support staff (they responded within a few hours of my request) because I am familiar with beacon scanning from an iOS app using CoreBluetooth and not the Beacon API wanted to experiment in CoreLocation. Since iBeacons are not normally recognized by CoreBluetooth, I needed a beacon that could advertise in other formats like Eddystone. I was able to successfully scan Eddystone's UID and TLM payloads (I'll provide BlueCharm with the details so you can probably ask them directly if you're interested). The suggested iOS app KBeacon worked perfectly to set up the beacon. I could use it to change the UID/TLM payload and then see those custom values in the ad data when crawled with CoreBluetooth! Apart from that, BlueCharm support was very helpful and answered all my questions. Thanks again!
