I didn't over tighten them, but the T5 torx worked really well and got the screws out of my laptop case without damaging or rounding the screw or screwdriver. Providing an email address to contact the supplier directly in the package was fine but it's obviously a small scope as they use a Gmail account. The case is very good and saves me from having to buy a set of drivers again or I will inevitably lose the driver I need the most. I'm glad I bought this one.
