Review on 🐴 1-Inch Southwestern Equine OrthoRide Correction Saddle Pad - Made in USA by Carl Durant

I don't normally leave reviews and I'm not sure if this will even be a full OrthoRide review but it has made such a difference I honestly didn't want to people know. I've been riding since I was a little girl and now that I'm like this, whatever, I think I've tried just about every competition with a horse you can think of. I've had times where I bought the latest and greatest harness for each horse etc. Now I know what works and pretty much stick with it. But if I've learned anything, it's that every horse is built differently and I use different tools to get the job done. But saddles are just incredibly expensive and frankly I want to feel comfortable when riding, so there really are only two saddles that I use 90% of the time. They fit some horses better than others. OK, my beloved horse paid his price, I noticed that he had white spots on the withers. In case you don't know, this is caused by a poor fit of the saddle digging into the horse's shoulders with the saddle rails. This is a flashing red light that your saddle doesn't fit and hasn't had for a while. I started buying saddles, planning to write a nice check with a few zeros to get a comfortable saddle that wouldn't take a year to crack like the one I love now. I read about the OrthoRide saddle pad in a magazine and how it is designed for ill fitting saddles. So I found it here at Revain for less money and gave it a try knowing I could return it if it didn't work. So, I think that's finally part of the review. You know, he seems to do exactly what he says. It fills the gap under the seat posts and raises the saddle. It's a bulge of padding right where the seat posts met my girlfriend. She seems to be more comfortable, no, she didn't tell me that, but by the way she's holding me I can tell she's lighter in her movements. Update: I have had many rides with this pillow and it has definitely made a difference. The pillow still looks new and was easy to clean. My friend bought one and uses it all the time. I would try that before changing the saddle. Unless money matters.
