This is a great monitor! When I got it (I've had it for 2 weeks) I was actually using MY HDMI which I've had for over a year and the monitor was limited to 120Hz and I was starting to get annoyed because I didn't know why i couldnt get it the FULL 165hz, then after 2 weeks i FINALLY figured out that you MUST use the DP (display port) that the company gives you in the package! SOAAAAAA I hooked it up to my PC after that and was then able to go to the display settings and limit it to 165Hz so a friendly reminder to USE THE DISPLAY PORT CABLE THEY GAVE YOU BECAUSE HDMI DON'T GIVE YOU FULL SUPPORT .

Also, if you end up overclocking the monitor for my FPS or Hz, be aware that this can cause other issues like dimming and more.
