I use the highest heat setting on my styling tools. As long as you don't keep the keg hot for long, the gloves work great. They're more like guardians. Clips are the best I've personally used and hold a lot of hair. Excellent quality combs that can be compared to professional combs. The silicone case is also good protection when you need to put your tools down to cool and don't want them in a place where you can accidentally touch them while they're hot. Very happy with these products.
