UPDATE REVIEW So I have bought the same listing twice since the original review. It's still in the old packaging, but the last two times it's been a lot softer than the first time. So it seems they are shipping more fresh stock now which is great! I've included the original review for posterity. FIRST CHECK First, although the picture shows a newer package, this package was an old package. I know the Premo is heavier right out of the box, but this block feels old as it is incredibly difficult to condition by hand and even cracks after conditioning. It is still possible, but requires more effort.
