Review on Master Maison BBQ Knife Set: 15-Piece Collection with Canvas Carrying Case, Honing Rod, Sharpener, Edge Guards – Black by Tracy Nuy

I hand wash my kitchen knives and hope they last a long time. I have about 20 Wüsthof knives, most of them at the more expensive Classic level. These knives are superb; A 5-inch utility knife costs $90. The "same" knife from Master Maison costs $18. The seller claims that the knives are assembled in China from German stainless steel. The quality of the blade suggests this is the case. Sharp out of the box, I lightly machined the blade, almost like a razor blade. These are FULL TANG KNIVES that require strong grips. I cannot confirm the durability of these knives. When I turn 90 I'll let you know. I know that my cheaper Wusthof gourmet knives have handles that fall apart. Emptor warning! I wish when we got married in 1970 someone would give us a set of these knives. Hello, I have an idea.
