This product is of poor quality! Technical support is not available as it is manufactured outside of the USA. STARTING IS NOT SUPPORTED! Memory from zero to minimum, WI-FI CONNECTION PROBLEMS! There are limited attempts to run diagnostics and no updates due to memory issues. Based on the memory of the device, it makes no sense to store data when diagnosing due to 0 update possibilities, as well as history or viewing records. Again the UPDATES STOP AND throw an "insufficiently clean memory cache" message which does absolutely nothing. If I could get my money back I would definitely demand it immediately. Also note that the purchase included lifetime updates on the device and now that I have an OBD2 scanner the software has an expiration date with an option to purchase a new subscription. I've had it for 3 months with very little use and poor performance stats the entire time.
