I'm 67 years old and was a bit scared. But it was easy to install. In addition, the price is very reasonable and substantial. I called customer service and got absolutely the best female customer service I have ever spoken to. A lady named Louise took the best care of me. She really cares about her customers. If everyone was as cool as Louise, life would be easier, especially for us older people. Thank you Louise for the excellent customer service.
